Permission-based sending only

You may only email people who have given permission or with whom you have a lawful basis to communicate. Purchased, scraped or rented lists are prohibited.

No abuse

• No spam, phishing, malware, scams or deceptive subject lines/sender identities.
• No illegal, hateful or adult content.
• You must honour unsubscribe requests and include accurate sender identification.

Enforcement

We monitor bounce and complaint rates. Workspaces that endanger deliverability or violate this policy may be paused or terminated without refund.
